Manuel Luis "Manolo" Quezon III (born May 30, 1970) is a Filipino writer, television host and grandson of President Manuel L. Quezon. Quezon's father was Manuel L. "Nonong" Quezon, Jr. He is a columnist and editorial writer for the ''Philippine Daily Inquirer'' and the host and writer of ''The Explainer'' on the cable ABS-CBN News Channel. He was named Presidential Assistant for Historical Affairs in 2003. He was a history curator from March 2004 to March 2005 at the Ayala Museum. He served as spokesman for the committee in charge of the Inauguration of President Benigno S. Aquino III. After the implementation of (Executive Order No. 4 ), Aquino appointed Quezon as Undersecretary of the Presidential Communications Development and Strategic Planning Office. He graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. ==Early life== Quezon was born in 1970, an adopted son of the late Manuel L.
